Yes…and, no.
I am always happy to work with leaders in their field! However, if you’re in an executive or managerial/department-head position over a team, I would prefer to work with your entire team. I start by learning about the vision, needs, and what’s working/not working at peak performance in your business from the top tier-level members of your organization, to hone in on how to brighten things up, but in keeping with the philosophy that everything and everyone is connected—and because executives are leading a team—I then work to effectively translate that vision to your entire team so that everyone is on the same page, working in the right direction, communicating clearly, and in alignment for the greater good.

Retreats are centered around mindful breaks providing staff development and/or inspirational wellness guidance to reinvigorate your crew.
Based on your desire and budget, I help facilitate everything from a focused workshop—i.e. how to run and inspirational team meeting, to an in-house retreat day—i.e. a combo of wellness experiences and staff enrichment, or a multi-day destination/staycation getaway for your whole team—i.e. a mix of activities focused on wellbeing, reflective time, skills building and company community/culture.
I joyfully combine all my skills to create very full experiences including things like healthy cooking/smoothie workshops, movement/yoga/meditation sessions, communication clarification, and fun team building activities.
