this guided virtual course runs live for 6 weeks - honestly, it could be twice as long, but let's face it, you don't have that kind of time, so we work together on a fast track to brighten up your fitness, nutrition and mindset and create a launching pad for maintaining balanced health on your own in the future.     YOUR GUIDE TO A BRIGHT (MID)LIFE

I’m a middle aged woman who’s been where you are and continues to learn, grow and flourish.

I know firsthand the comparison mindset, perfectionism, confusion and negative relationship with the body that can accompany midlife. I get that the struggle for women of a certain age is real. Even though it’s great that peri/menopause is finally having a moment in the sun, the advice and information overload about what to eat, how to workout, how our bodies function differently now, and what we’re capable of can be overwhelming.

I’m here to help take the guesswork out of it all for you so fitness and nutrition can be easier and, dare I say, fun!

Trained as a Nutritionist and Nutrition Coach, Yoga & Movement Teacher, and Transformation Behavior Change Coach based in Happiness and Mindfulness, I apply what I know from each of these modalities to guide you in practical practices and empower you with education that will help you sustain health throughout midlife
and beyond, grow in confidence, and shine radiantly in all you do.
