All people are born musical; our body is our first instrument.
Like yoga, music has the power to connect someone to their higher self, their deepest truth, their greatest joy, and to others in the world around them on a uniquely spiritual level.

One of the things that makes the world go 'round is that everyone has special gifts. The gift of song is one I’m especially grateful for. Singing and songwriting come naturally to me—I have a knack for making up all sorts of songs, and sharing music with others through creation, performance, and guidance is among my greatest joys.
As a songwriter I’m quite good at taking most topics and turning them into a lyrical song. I focus on lyrics and melodies and then when I’m ready to turn something into a full fledged song, I bring it to my favorite person to collaborate with, M. Vincent Verderame. As married partners in time, we collaborate on everything, but he’s especially gifted in the music department. He even has a fancy degree in the stuff! I don’t. I grew up singing and performing in musical theatre, but mostly I just hear music in the ethers allllllll the time. Sometimes I'm able to listen real close and capture a little of its MAGic to sing to you.

I believe kids, like music, are magic, so I made the album 1 Frog Leg just for them.
I wrote and sang all the songs and Vincent did everything else: arranging; playing every single instrument (including a Tonka truck toy thingamajig and some of my twinkly-jingle anklets from back in my Grateful Dead days); produced and mixed the whole thing, made cover art; wore great hats; created a rig to play percussion with his feet while playing guitar with his hands so the two of us could have a full band sound at live gigs; art directed, shot and edited our video...... and then some.
