Together we’ll commemorate Samhain — the cross-quarter point of the season when days are darkest.

Learn how she supports and serves you to shine magically every day. In this workshop you’ll take a personal journey of self exploration, mindfulness, inner peace and wisdom in a safe, relaxed, nonjudgmental space where you can experiment with gentle practices and connect with a community of women from all walks of life, committed to personal growth and transformation.
No prior experience is necessary. This beautiful day is for every woman with a mind open to mystical traditions, looking to enrich your life with mindful self-exploration regardless of experience level, previous understanding of our topic matter, or spiritual beliefs/religious affiliations. You will simply nurture your relationship to nature and leave feeling empowered to “ritualize the regular” in your modern day to day life.

First of all, the whole scary connotation with witches is a misnomer put forward by fearful, ignorant patriarchal societies trying to dominate and oppress strong, gifted women! Secondly, the word “witch” means “wise woman” or “woman who knows.” I also love the acronym W.oman I.n T.otal C.ontrol of H.erself. And thirdly, this workshop is non-dogmatic and nondenominational. Our teaching is not affiliated with any specific religious tradition and
it can enhance the personal and spiritual experiences of any woman. Through practices like
convening with nature, moving your miraculous body, and uniting with your higher self, you’ll uncover new ways to relate to, and put out into the world a magic that’s always been burning brightly inside you.

I spend a lot of time barefoot in the kitchen and garden creating rituals around most everything, trying to shine light magic everywhere. Mom to one daughter in the line, I’m told my matrilineal lineage is rich with witches. I’ve always been fascinated by, and adept at practical magic—especially in the kitchen.
As an intuitive creative, my work includes coaching, teaching, writing and the musical arts. I have been facilitating workshops, circles and retreats since the early 2000’s with an emphasis on bringing people closer to their higher selves, more deeply connected to clarity, and brightening their lives with sustainable, authentic practices.
I love to deep dive into the topics I’m teaching about while holding playful, lighthearted space that allows for everyone to find joy while being seen, heard, and FULLY EMPOWERED beyond our time together!

I'm also a mom of 2 daughters, a wife, and 1 of 5 sisters in a line of 6 siblings. I’m of mixed Filipino / Panamanian / Caucasian descent. I love hiking, wakesurfing, dancing, personal development, wombynhood, and deeply connecting with women!
